Cambro Polycarbonate Containers are here!
Cambro polycarbonate containers make wonderful sous-vide baths for your immersion stirrer. They come in 3 sizes, 11L, 18L and 20L sizes. Polycarbonate is tough and can handle sous-vide cooking temperatures upto 99C. They have convenient handles and come in a clear finish. Matching lids are also supplied to reduce evapouration over longer cook periods. The lid can be cut out to fit our Sousmatic and Clifton stirrers. Just ask when ordering. Get Carried Away
The sturdy Clifton carry case is designed to fit the portable immersion stirrer unit perfectly, to prevent it from being damaged whilst in transit – it is ideal for chefs who travel or want a sous vide unit for demonstrations.
Designed in the signature ‘Clifton orange’, this case comes complete with protective foam inserts, which fits the stirrer, power lead and a pocket for plating tweezers.
There are two metal toggle catch clasps which ensure the case is securely fastened and a hinged lid which locks securely.
This case is an accessory and does not come complete with the Immersion circulator.

Clifton at Home is the new brand of home sous vide machines, brought to you by professional sous vide technologists, Clifton Food Range.
Clifton is family owned, family run British manufacturer with our beginnings in precision temperature control technology for science laboratories. Their skilled workforce manufacture the water baths in our factory based in South West England, using the highest quality materials.
They control the entire production process from design to manufacture. We can therefore guarantee that our products are of the highest standards.
They have over 70 years’ experience in manufacturing equipment for the scientific market, as well as producing highly accurate temperature control equipment. When professional chefs told Clifton they had started using our laboratory equipment in their pursuit of culinary excellence, they designed a robust water bath suitable for the kitchen.
Clifton baths are in use in the most acclaimed kitchens worldwide and chefs regularly refer to them as ‘Cliftons’.

The Clifton sous vide water bath is as simple to use as any other slow cooker, but with results that rival the pros. Food can be left to cook in the water bath overnight and up to 72 hours or more, for the ultimate in convenience and quality control.
