Cancellation of Orders and Returns

You may cancel an order within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase on-line. This means that during this period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a Product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the order and receive a refund.

If you decide to cancel and you receive your order within 24 hours and to be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be returned with 5 days to: 

Sous Vide Chef, Bell Technology Ltd, 10A Maurice Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061, New Zealand.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To cancel an Order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel. The easiest way to do this is to e-mail us at info@sousvidechef.co.nz or contact us by telephone on +64 9 5251875. When you contact us please include details of your order to help us to identify it.

If you cancel your order we will refund you the price you paid for the Products less the delivery costs if applicable. However, please note we are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

If you have returned the Products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the Products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If you paid using PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account.

If a Product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your order:
 - then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 5 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the order.
 - unless the Product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Products to us. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should courier your product to: Sous Vide Chef, Bell Technology Ltd, 10A Maurice Road, Penrose, Auckland 1061, New Zealand.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
